Premature...: ... ejaculation can be managed. Sometimes it's as simple as using a dab of an anesthetic cream on your glans or a condom. Your physician might write for a very low dose of a SSRI like Zoloft (sertraline). Your best move is the squeeze technique, in which you and your partner practice together -- it's fun and will make both of you better lovers as well as bringing you together emotionally. Best wishes.

Trying to conceive: You do not mention how long you have been trying. After 35 year of age if you have been trying to conceive for 4-6 months and have not succeded it is recommended that you seek professional help. Preseed is a sperm friendly lubricant that helps to relieve the vaginal dryness but does not aid in fertility. Gynecologists recommend this as the other lubricants are not sperm friendly.

Jock itch: Sounds more like a tinea infection. U should keep the area clean and dry. Don't rub or scratch as it makes the rash worse. Heat n sweat r not good. Otc anti fungal powder/ cream can be tried.

Can anybody tell me how well the rhythm method works as a birth control?

Not very reliable: Using the rhythm method effectively depends upon absolutely regular and predictable cycles (not common) and considerable self-discipline. Since your sexual desire or libido increases when you are most fertile and this is exactly the time you have to avoid with the rhythm method, it tends not to work out well.

What do you suggest if i'm 27 I have the problem of sperm ejaculation as soon as i insert my penis. How to control it?

Premature ejaculate: This is fairly common and can be managed. A dab of a topical anesthetic, or a condom, may be enough. Your physician might Rx a very low dose of a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor. Your best move is to practice the squeeze technique with your partner. You'll reprogram yourself, gain control, and become a far better lover.
