Coccidynia is a: condition when one gets pain in the tail bone. It can be due to fall and injury and fracture or some times for no known reson at all. It is difficult ot get rid of. In acute cases using Donut cushion to sit can be helpful. In most severe cases surgery to excise the painful coccyx can be helpful but it has lot of complication such as infection and not many surgeons perform this surgery. Good luck
