Urethritis: Thank you for clarifying this. It is unusual for a male to get a bladder, urethral, or other urinary tract infection without sexual activity. But it can happen. Please ignore my previous answer to your other question. Sometimes the bacteria that live in our colon can get into and infect the urethra. Take your medications. You should get better.
