Yes: If semen comes in contact with vagina, then theoretically, yes a woman can become pregnant. If the semen is solely on the outside of the vagina, then, of course, the chances are very very slim. Just not zero. Make sure to practice safe sex if you're not ready to be a parent. Best of luck.
