Yes: Slight variation in the time of day that you take the pill will not make a big difference in its effectiveness, but you might experience some breakthrough bleeding. If you cannot take the pill at the same time every day, though, universal use of the condoms is a great idea and lowers the chance of pregnancy to almost zero.
