?herpes Zoster? Shin: Shingles is a viral infection which follows the nerve tracts; it is usually limited to half of the body parts(does not cross the mid-line when located on the trunk. The lesions of zoster are blistery in apearance when they first come on but can burst later and appear like small skin bumps. It is not difficult to diagnose as most doctors have seen many such cases. If not satisfied get second opini.
