No,...: All healthy men will have some erection with some bladder fullness in the morning. That is normal and how the body works; so, there is no cure and no need to cure. Most of times, morning erection will subside after peeing. At least, this indicates your body works well for you.

It is normal: No cure is needed. Nocturnal penile tumescence (NPT) or "morning wood" can occur if there is any physical stimulation to genitals (even minor) & when testosterone levels are high if waking from rapid eye movement (REM) sleep.
