More info: It would be important to know whether there is blood coming from the urinary bladder itself or from inflammation outside the bladder outlet from inflammation of the vagina or vulva. Herpes shouldn't cause an infection or bleeding in the bladder or kidney. If there are not eruptions at the time of the bloody urine, then studies of the urine itself are needed and a urologist should be consulted.
