Can taking too many vitamin c supplements with birth control cause it to be less effective?

No- maybe more!: If anything, vitamin c may make oral contraceptives more effective by reducing the rate at which your liver clears estrogen from your system, thus slightly raising estrogen levels in some women- this is probably not clinically significant. Vitamin c also improves absorption of the iron it contains.
