Probably not related: Blood clots form when the blood that collects in the uterus doesn't pass immediately, then the liquid blood organizes into the solid form (the clot). It doesn't have anything to do with your sexual frequency. If that isn't normal for you, then it is likely your period will return to it's 'normal' pattern. I would wait and see what happens with the next cycle, if it continues your dr can offer tx.
