Normal v Infection: Penile discharge in very small quantities can be normal. This is most likely the secretions from the glads of the urethra tube that serve to lubricate the channel. If there is a large amount or discharge or it is persistent, this may suggest urethritis (infection of the tube) from various causes. Please see your primary medical doctor for an examination and cultures if needed.
