A 36-year-old member asked:
How to treat herpes in the crack of buttocks?

Herpes simplex: Same way you would treat it anywhere else. You can be treated with an oral version of acyclovir, but unless begun very early in the outbreak it will not change much. This should resolve by itself in 7-10 days. Do not use topical acyclovir.
