Very normal: Some baby and toddler boys have lots of erections, including morning erections, others have less. It is all normal.

Normal : Erections are known to occur in normal kids at any age including the newborn period. It is viewed as a curiosity of nature rather than anything worrisome. Discuss the issue with your child’s doctor at a routine visit if you wish.
