Uncertain.: Are you menstruating at this time? Is the pain in your abdomen primarily when you urinate? Is the blood coming from your vagina or your urethra (pee hole?) if you are menstruating you could just have abdominal cramps. If you develop severe abdominal pain then seek emergency evaluation. If you have burning/ pain w urination, have to pee often or urgently seek medical eval.
