Usually: If hanging skin or excess skin/fat bothers you, it is relatively easily improved. Often associated with a small chin prominence, and use of removal of excess fat, skin is combined with anatomical chin augmentation to produce a longer jaw line and flatter neck area. Excess fat in area can be lipoaspirated with micro cannulas. Extra skin with neck lifting.
