I have very bad acid reflux and i have for years. and i can not tell if some of the symptoms i'm having recently is throat cancer or gerd..

GERD or Throat Cance: Need more specific details. If your voice has become "hoarse, " this might point more to a throat problem. Unexplained weight loss would be another worrisome feature. If you have any doubts, consult an ENT specialist to completely evaluate the throat.

Probably GERD: Because you are only 19 years old, you do not have throat cancer. Most likely, these are symptoms of gerd. You might benefit from an acid blocker like omeprazole. Get evaluated by your physician before starting it.
