Bad lower right abdominal pain? But no fever, no vomiting, no diarrhea. Is it serious?

Could be: Symptoms of appendicitis or ovarian cyst, or tumor are not always as expected in the text books, so proper evaluation by doctors with experience is priceless. See your obgyn if you are female or a general surgeon. Kidney stones can also cause similar presentation, so you do need a proper evaluation.
