i'm taking 2 tsp of feros sulfate iron in lq form. i'm not getting constipated. is that a good sign. i'm post to be on 4 tsp a day.

Keep,hydrated: The iron is generally constipatimg. Good diet, hydration and stool softeners can usually control. If not a problem that is a good thing.
