Sustain Hgb: To sustain your hemoglobin, eat a normal, balanced diet that contains enough iron and b12. Avoid toxic exposures. Don't drink alcohol excessively. Get enough rest. See your doctor if chronically ill, having abnormal stools, pale, abnormally tired, or short of breath when you shouldn't be.
Good luck.

Tinnitus not normal: Although it is common. It is also generally not a sign of anything serious. You should get your hearing tested, as tinnitus (ringing in the ears) is usually associated with hearing loss. See your ENT and protect your ears against noise damage with ear plugs in a noisy environment. Best wishes.

Good self-care: The basics include good exercise, good sleep, whole food (not processed or high sugar) diet, and loving, harmonious relationships with others. Also a spiritual practice or connection with something meaningful and larger than yourself. Caring for the environment you live in. Having a fulfilling purpose for your life, and involving yourself in this daily. All these help sustain well-being.

My boyfriend has a bit of a problem with ed...... He us able to become fully erect but unable to sustain it... What can we do?

Dr. John Tillett answered
Urology 22 years experience
See your doctor: While ed is certainly more common in older men, several population-based studies have shown that a proportion of men as young as their 20s may suffer from ed. He should see his doctor to see if there is an identifiable cause. In most cases of ed in younger men, it is a transient condition that may resolve on its own after a while.
