If cardiologist : Evaluated you an cleared that pain as a heart related then stay calm. Is the pain at any joint? Shoulder, elbow? Any swelling or redness? Motion restriction? What worse or improve it? Any tingling or numbness? Tylenol (acetaminophen) a good start. Nsaids like Ibuprofen can affect your heart. Need to see your primary care doctor to start a good assessment and possible referal. Write back if you desire.

Neck: Consider getting a cervical mri, emg/ncs, work-up of vessels in left upper extremity. Your primary care can manage this.
