Many possibilities: Left groin pain can have many causes, including muscular or skeletal issues, a hernia, lymph node swelling, bladder issues, and many other possibilities. Because of the many possibilities, and vague symptoms described, it is best to see your doctor so that he or she can examine you to narrow the diagnosis.
