Hard abdomen: Hard, board like rigid abdomen is an emergency. It is caused by bacterial infection to abdominal wall. It may be due to intestinal, appendices , gall bladder perforation or peritonitis. In your case may be abortion, if it is done very recently. Please go to hospital right away and get ct scan of abdomen and pelvis & antibiotics. Er should handle from there. Thanks.
