While I can't offer: A specific recommendation, i'd suggest you have your pcp serve as "field general" to assure you receive the necessary subspecialty care for this constitutional disorder. Genetics referral may be a good 1st step. Many systems can be involved, based upon subtype & dz severity. Cardiovascular & musculoskeletal systems require attention.
