Spine surgery dizzy: Many spine surgeries have to open the cord covering (dura) to repair the i problem. Occasionally a tear will develop after closure causing a leak of cerebral spinal fluid (CSF) which can cause your symptoms. Notify your surgeon to evaluate this possibility, or look for other complications.
