I don't think i'll act on them yet the suicidal urges and thoughts are back. what can i do to be safe and not attempt?

See below: Pls talk to your doctor or therapist immediately, they can help find a good combination in medication as well as behavioral therapy to help these thoughts. Having a good support group is important . Try to reach out to your physician if you can be seen earlier, i usually see my pts asap if i here these symptoms.

Don't think: When people tell me i don't think i'll act on them, i want them to answer specifically if they will or won't. I also would ask about plans, means, fanstasies and intentions to suicide. This is a very serious matter and you should talk to a professional asap.
