is ablation like novasure an option for women with endometriosis?

Yes and No: The Novasure ablation procedure is specifically to decrease or stop heavy menstrual bleeding. Women who also have endometriosis can still have the procedure; however, it won't help with their endometriosis. The reason for this is that endometriosis is outside the uterus. The Novasure procedure works by cauterizing the inside of the uterus. Best wishes!
