Neupro (rotigotine): Neupro (rotigotine) allows for an alternative route of administration, especially for patients who do not like to take pills. It is fairly new, but seems to be effective in treating RLS in my patients. It can cause skin irritation at the site of use. Otherwise fairly similar to Requip and mirapex. Hope that helps in answering your question!
