4-6 days; be careful: Alcohol and Acetaminophen together can cause liver damage and alcohol and butalbital can cause dangerous sedation. Tylenol (acetaminophen) stays in your system for 6-12 hours, but butalbital can take 4-6 days to be eliminated, so i would recommend waiting at least that long before drinking alcohol.
