it seems like i've been having a hard time clearing my bladder completely, i always kinda have to pee. doesn't burn when i pee but it isn't comfortable?

At your age: The only thing that can come in consideration is bladder neck problems. I suggest see your pediatrician who may refer you to an urologist.
