Depends on why: Your joints hurt. If the pain is secondary, poor placement of your keyboard or mouse sometimes adjusting those and possibly your chair could make a difference. Howerver, you need to be checked out by a physician to see if arthritis is the cause of your pain which may require other therapy to help you and possibly reduce you joint pain. Good luck.
