Arm troubles: Hello, it sounds like while you were fast asleep, you were compressing your ulnar nerve. This happens easily since the nerve travels close to the elbow. This is only temporary problem and should resolve with a minute or two. As far as the wrist clicking, i would give that a day or so also. Sounds like the positioning of your arm was the problem.
