what would cause extreme lower abdominal swelling in a thin 35 year old? it is only really bad from ovulation to period. i have pelvic pain as well.

Abd pain: Wonder if you might have endometriosis. Even if not, i recommend that you see a doc for a comprehensive exam.

Probably hormonal: Because you are thin the bloating is more noticeable however you should see your gyn to rule out other problems.
