How to get pregnant: I would believe that even in the marshall islands the facts about fertility are well taught to young females. To get pregnant two things have to happen at the same time. A female must be ovulating (you should know by heart when you ovulate in your cycle) and be exposed to fresh semen inside of the vagina.
