Depends how much: I assume somebody saw calcification on an x-ray. Unless it's a tiny amount, it means you have early atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries). Calcified arteries at age 30 are worrisome and suggest at some point blood flow could be reduced to your heart and other organs. Is your blood sugar, blood pressure or cholesterol elevated? Have a physician check out your metabolism. Avoid junk food.
