Chronic fatigue!: Fatigue is difficult dx. It could be sleep, mental or physical stress. Inflammation in the body causes fatigue, as do most types of autoimmune problems. Chronic mono, characterized by the presence of early antigen, long after the original illness can cause fatigue. Any chronic viral illness, hep b, hep c, hiv, can cause fatigue. But one common, and overlooked problem is being out of shape!
