are there non steroidal and non surgical treatments for macromastia?

No.: Creams, herbs, devices, etc. All benefit the seller, but the buyer still has large breasts. Only weight loss (if a portion of the macromastia is fat rather than gland) will help larger breasts become smaller. Skillful plastic surgery is still the best way to reduce large breasts. There is no magic! sorry.

Depends: If your breasts are too large and you are over weight, then losing weight will reduce your breast size. If your weight is in the "normal" range then surgery maybe your best option.
