does my wife have to orgasm to get pregnant?

Dr. Heidi Fowler
24 years experience Psychiatry
No, the woman does: Not have to experience an orgasm to become pregnant. There does need to be sperm deposited in the vagina (or sometimes introitus- tissue at opening of vagina).
