How can I grow boobs through food?

You can't: People make stuff up, put it on the internet and pretend that makes them learned in order to make money. Your food choices won't affect your breast size, though if you eat more calories than you burn, you'll get fat which I imagine you do not want. Most men care little about breast size when seeking a woman for a real relationship. Ask your physician about your options.
