bump on right side below collar bone with pain and right shoulder hurts. what is this?

Hard to say: There are a number of possibilities, and usually a detailed exam and appropriate tests can determine the diagnosis and treatment options can then be given. The coracoid process is a bone structure just below the collar bone and there are a number of structures that insert on it and may be inflamed or even torn. Consider being checked, thankyou.
