A 30-year-old female asked:
How long one needs to stay at ER following 600 mg temazepam overdose? Does it cause brain damage or memory loss? What are long term effects? Thanks

Suicide: I believe one needs to stay in the er and then in the psychiatric unit until the temazepam is cleared (could be 72 to 96 hours) and until the thought or desire to harm oneself has passed. Please let the professionals help you.
