Is a heart rate 30bpm above resting level bad?

Variable : Heart rate is variable... That means it is dynamic and changes depending on your mood, anxiety level, level of fitness, present activity, etc... Heart rate of 30 beats per minute above baseline could be normal depending on the situation. Talk to your doctor about your concerns.
