why is parts of the whites of my eyes yellow not all of it just part round outside near skin?

Any yellow : Discoloration of the sclera ( the whites of your eyes) is suspicious in the first place for jaundice. A simple urine and blood examination will prove or disprove my assumption. Af course one need to see a dr. Who may discard the yellow sclera all together... Se a dr!
