Cyst on an ovary: Ovarian cysts can form due to an imbalance of hormones during ones menstrual periods. I would recommend a check of hormones (possibly increasing progesterone) and some iodine/potassium iodide supplement.

Follow up: Septations (walls) within a cyst is no guarantee of malignancy, but it makes it more suspicious. It needs follow up.
