Are you: Eating 4 fruits and 5 veggies and meats and wholes grains and at least 3 glasses of dairy a day? If so then you need a check up with the doctor to find out what is wrong and why you are losing weight and not feeling well. There is no one answer. You need an exam and laboratory tests.
