Ovarian cancer 3 c.Found fingertip tumor in lung, assuming now its in stage4 but now has a fluidly mass in between stomach and liver, has it spread

Slow decline: Given your grandfather is in his 80's and given his stage 4 lung cancer, i would strongly recommend that you consider hospice; use of chemotherapy in this situation to extend life by approximately 6 months v the side-effects is not in his best interest. Hospice will give you support as he develops symptoms and slowly declines. Spend quality time with him- it is what you will remember.

Terminal disease: Unfortunately this is an advanced cancer. Treatments will not cure him, but he can be made more comfortable. I am so very sorry.

Unusual: Most lose weight and have a smaller abdomen. The actual stomach can dilate with the tumor and any obstruction. If spread to omentum or liver some masses or apparent enlargement might appear.

Depends but rare: A big stomach can mean large ventral hernia, diastasis, gastric bloat, obesity or other diagnoses. Lung cancer should not impact the abdomen unless by obstruction and advanced stage. Okay to ask your care team. It is possible something else is going on. Good luck.
