Low fiber: Low residue means low fiber- you would eat foods that include meat, dairy, fish, since they don't have fiber- you could have fruit juices and processed breads and regular pasta. You would avoid seeds, beans, and possibly fruits and vegetables- since they tend to be higher in fiber.
