What does it mean if the edometrial lining is thick?

Obstetrics and Gynecology 30 years experience
Hypertrophy: When the period occurs the endometrium is shed. If you don't have a period, the lining becomes thickened, this is very treatable, but also very serious. Endometrial cancer can arise from a thickened endometrium.
