Lyme disease: Fever from lyme disease starts from 2 days after the tick bite to a few weeks . It usually starts with mild fever , fatigue, headache, muscle joint pains and at times swollen glands and a bulls -eye rash ( red rash with a central clear area) . These are early stage features and short . Not every one will have a fever. Lots of other symtoms develop once early stage clears.
