Go see your doctor: 2 years is a long time to have a pimple drain so it's time to go see your doctor for diagnosis & treatment. If need be, contra costa county (http://cchealth.Org/) has an excellent group of doctors, dentists & other health professionals to care for those w/o traditional insurance.

Infection?: It is possible that you have a tooth infection. See a dentist immediately to see if a lower, back tooth might be contributing.

See a dentist: The situation might be yes or no to be related to your teeth problem. Sometimes the tooth infection will drain out from lower jaw or inside the mouth on gum. You will need to see a dentist for your bad teeth taken care first.
