See you suffer: From anxiety. A warm soaker bath can help to relieve stress & can be part of good bed time routine to aid with insomnia (especially when lavender is added). One problem - you can come out of the tub with prune- like skin. Also, prolonged heat in a soaker is not healthy during pregnancy. Dehydration can occur & if you soak in a full tube with alcohol on board - you could fall asleep & drown.
